The goal was to reduce confusion during the onboarding process by delivering key installation information in a simple and engaging format. The video needed to guide customers through what to expect on installation day while introducing features such as internet speed, Fibe TV access, and account management through MyBell.

The challenge was creating a motion graphics experience that could adapt to each customer’s specific services and data, while remaining clear, friendly, and easy to follow.
