This motion graphics case study video was created for BMO’s Perfect Match CRM campaign, an initiative designed to recapture over $1B in annual credit card spend lost to competitors. The video explains how personalized outreach and data-driven matching helped reconnect customers with the credit card that best fit their needs.
Objective
The goal was to clearly communicate the strategy and success of the Perfect Match campaign. The video needed to simplify a complex CRM marketing initiative into an engaging visual story that internal teams and stakeholders could quickly understand.


Challenge
The campaign involved multiple layers of data, personalization, and marketing strategy. The challenge was transforming these insights into a clear and compelling narrative that communicated both the campaign mechanics and its business impact without overwhelming the viewer.

Process
Using After Effects and Photoshop, I developed a motion graphics case study that combined data visualization, clean typography, and structured storytelling. The animation guided viewers through the campaign journey—from personalized outreach to credit card matching—making the strategy easy to follow and visually engaging.


Result
The Perfect Match campaign delivered strong results:
• 21% click-through rate from the initial email campaign
• 15% of engaged users transferred to a new BMO credit card
